Charity
Every July Brian takes a weekend to ride his bicycle for Childrens Hospital in Denver.  The ride is approximately 183 miles over three mountain passes, over a three day period. What is a CCIM?

·              CCIM ? A Certified Commercial Investment Member, recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

·              The CCIM Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

·              Currently 7,000 professionals across North America hold the CCIM designation ? the "Ph.D. of commercial real estate."  Which is 6% of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners.

·              To be eligible for the designation a professional must take 6, week long continuing education courses and achieve $50 million in sales.

 

What is a GRI?

·              CRS ? Certified Residential Specialists, a dues paying member of the National Association of Realtors and the Council of Residential Specialists, who has advanced professional training and experience.

·              Experience ? Every Realtor must have significant experience and have completed 70 transactions in the past 5 years.

·              Ethics ? Every CRS Designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and to abide by its strict Code of Ethics.

·              Focus ? CRS Designees must have advanced education in areas like finance, technology and marketing.

·              Technology Expertise ? CRS Designees have training available focusing on the latest technology and its application in the real estate business.
